Transportation Info

Student-Athletes must ride the bus provided for all sporting events. However, in the event of an emergency and an athlete must leave with a parent/guardian, the form below must be completed and returned to the Athletic Director's office.  Please submit the completed form to the Timber Creek Athletics Office at least 24 hours prior to an event.  

The form can be completed for individual events or one time per season, if each competition date is specifically mentioned.  For example, stating "season," "away games," or "all events" is not acceptable.  

Please note, athletes are not permitted to drive to away games on their own.
