Important Information
On January 6, 2011, Governor Chris Christie signed into law the “Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights”, which has altered the manner in which school districts address suspected incidents of Harassment, Intimidation, and/or Bullying (H.I.B.). This new law went into effect on September 1, 2011.
The Black Horse Pike Regional School District is committed to providing a safe and secure learning environment for all students, free from the threat of H.I.B. Consistent with the provisions identified within the “Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights” the Black Horse Pike Regional School District has identified staff/personnel to investigate suspected cases of H.I.B., as well as to develop potential activities/programs aimed at H.I.B. prevention.Anti-Bullying Specialists:

In accordance with the USDE Guidelines IV‐O, Title VI: 34 C.F.R. § 100.6 (d) this notice shall serve to advise students, parents, employees and the general public that all Career and Technical Education opportunities in the Black Horse Pike Regional High School District shall be offered to all students regardless of race, color, national origin, gender or disability. The Black Horse Pike Regional High School District will take steps to assure that the lack of English language skills will not be a barrier to admission and participation in vocational education programs. All program offerings and admission criteria can be found in the Black Horse Pike Regional Program of Studies Course Selection Book.
